Webshop software

CCV-Shop

Our webshop uses CCV-Shop software. Personal information that you offer us for the benefit of our services is shared with this party. CCV-Shop has access to your information in order to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Besides our webshop, CCV-Shop also makes it possible for us to send you emails and for you to receive our mail. All transactional and functional e-mail you receive from us is sent via the CCV-Shop servers. CCV-Shop will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. CCV-Shop is required to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have with them. These security measures consist of the implementation of SSL-encryption and a strong password policy. We send our e-mail newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that has been sent automatically, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. By clicking this link you can indicate that you want to end your subscription, and subsequently you will no longer receive our newsletter.

CCV-Shop

For our general business e-mail traffic we use CCV-Shop's services. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent as far as possible the misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data. CCV-Shop does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail correspondence as confidential.

Payment processors

You never pay in the webshop. At the moment of payment,  you are rerouted to the website of a bank or payment processor. After payment is completed, you return to the webshop.

Mollie processes your name, address and residential information, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Riverty collects and processes information related to consumers, online retailers and visitors to their website. What information Riverty collects is dependent on the service you are using. Riverty only collects personal information if you actually use Riverty as a payment method (payment afterwards). Riverty processes your name, address and residential information, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. When requesting deferred payment (credit facility), Riverty shares your personal information and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All guarantees mentioned above in relation to the protection of your personal information also apply to the parts of Riverty’s services which involve third parties.

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on their own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to further clarify your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. Transport and logistics

MyParcel

When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver your package. We use the services of MyParcel to carry out deliveries. To do so, we are required to share your name, address and place of residence with MyParcel. We also share your e-mail address and potentially your telephone number. MyParcel uses this information strictly to carry out the agreement. MyParcel works with subcontractors (such as PostNL) with whom they also share your data.

Invoicing and accounting

For our administration, accounting, and tax declarations, we use the services of E-Boekhouden en NAHV accountants . Your name, address, and residential information and details are used only  in relation to your order. This information is used for invoice administration. Your personal data is transferred and stored securely. E-Boekhouden en NAHV accountants have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from loss and unauthorized use. E-Boekhouden en NAHV accountants are subject to confidentiality in processing your information. E-Boekhouden en NAHV accountants will not use your personal data for any other purpose than those described above.

You will receive any invoices and copies of your data in the same machine-readable data format we use for our systems.

Right of objection and other rights
