New European packaging regulations have changed the requirements for businesses shipping packaged goods to other European countries.
The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) applies generally from 12 August 2026 and introduces new requirements relating to packaging and packaging waste. Depending on the country and the applicable requirements, this can involve additional registrations and administrative obligations.
Unfortunately, these new European requirements make cross-border online sales considerably more complex for businesses operating across different European markets.
We particularly regret that European regulations intended to make things simpler and more sustainable can, in practice, create additional barriers to cross-border online trade.
To ensure that we fully comply with the requirements applicable to our business, we have temporarily removed shipping to a number of countries from our ordering process.
Shipping availability
Shipping is currently available to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Shipping to other countries may currently be unavailable. The availability of shipping depends on the requirements applicable in each individual country and on our ability to meet those requirements.
We will continue to review the situation and will make shipping available again in countries where this becomes possible.
For some countries, shipping may remain unavailable for an extended period.
We understand that these restrictions may be inconvenient for our international customers, and we sincerely regret the additional obstacles this creates.

Orders from countries outside the EU
Orders from countries outside the European Union cannot currently be placed directly through our webshop.
If you are located outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us by email. We will be happy to check the shipping possibilities for your country and provide you with the applicable shipping costs and ordering information.
